Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of both residential and commercial properties to detect pest infestations.
  • Formulate and execute pest management strategies, including the careful selection and application of suitable pesticides and alternative control methods.
  • Keep meticulous records of all pest management activities, encompassing inspections, treatments, and client interactions.
  • Engage with clients regarding pest issues, proposed treatments, and preventive strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest pest management techniques and regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, ensuring the correct handling and disposal of pesticides and related substances.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work autonomously or collaboratively to meet pest management objectives and fulfill client requirements.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Certification or licensure in pest management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of pest species and pest control methodologies.
  • Capability to operate and maintain pest control equipment and tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to ascend ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
