We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team at Abound Health, where we specialize in helping individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) reach their fullest potential.

Job Summary

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services. As a Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with our team to promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote client outcomes through behavioral, social, and vocational support
  • Assist clients in participating in leisure and recreational activities
  • Maintain schedules of services and report on health and safety objectives
  • Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregivers
  • Complete documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation necessary
  • Able to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
  • Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs
Compensation and Benefits
