Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH network equipment and services in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical field, such as installation, maintenance, or customer service
  • Ability to work at heights, lift up to 70 pounds, and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
