Deli Host

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Host to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Deli Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and stocked deli area, and preparing deli products according to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service to customers, answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use various methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
