Job Description

Classet is seeking a highly skilled Logistics/Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving abilities. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience, as well as great opportunities for advancement, health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests and resolving issues.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and ensure efficient order dispatch.
  • Manage the whereabouts and needs of technicians in the field, updating customers on their progress.
  • Process new hires, order uniforms, and complete termination paperwork.
  • Meet daily revenue and sold-hour targets by prioritizing urgent calls.
