Soccer Referee

At i9 Sports - Cass/S. Jackson CO, MO, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Soccer Official to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for enforcing rules, promoting a positive culture, and providing on-field coaching and support to our youth athletes.

• Enforce i9 Sports rules and regulations to ensure a fun, safe, and learning environment for all players.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to our youth athletes.
• Manage game time and scorekeeping, while providing age-appropriate instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to our players, coaches, and spectators.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
