Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Trainee to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and greasing of stationary equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate a fuel truck and fuel mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintenance work, including repairs and replacements of equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with heavy equipment a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, work in confined spaces, and wear personal protective equipment as needed.
  • MSHA training a plus.
