Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the buying and selling of used merchandise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of baby and children's clothing, toys, and equipment, as well as current market trends.
  • Work closely with store management to achieve sales goals and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and performing cash handling duties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends, and be available for flexible scheduling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of baby and children's clothing, toys, and equipment.
  • Ability to speak Polish or Spanish.
  • Daytime availability.
