Job Summary

We are seeking an Architect I who can contribute to the overall excellence of work delivered by SNIPEBRIDGE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of post-bachelor degree experience in an Architecture firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document project specifications and create reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
  • Experience with Revit is a must, and experience with putting CD sets together is highly desirable
  • Strong graphic skills and ability to perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies, as well as limited design layouts
  • Highly collaborative by nature, with a willingness to approach every project with creativity
  • An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills
  • Experience working with High-end residential, mainly single-family homes, Hospitality (Hotels, F&B, and Resorts), and Workplace
  • Experience with tools such as SketchUp, Rhino

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or another related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience
  • Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development
