Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric critical care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
- BSN degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in a level III NICU or pediatric intensive care unit.
