Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Active Exploitation Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering highly technical training in a military environment, developing training curriculum, and assessing student knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver highly technical training in a military environment, utilizing lectures, labs, exercises, and other delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop CO training curriculum, including lecture content, student/instructor guides, exams, exercises, and simulations.
  • Provide instruction to students, conducting practical exercises, student study hall periods, and tutoring/remedial instruction.
  • Assess student knowledge, skills, and abilities to gauge student proficiency.
  • Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
  • Review and analyze training materials, recommending changes to improve training effectiveness.
  • Hold a DoDD 8140.01/DoD 8570.01-M Level II certification or higher.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
  • Experience in CO is defined as experience in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
  • In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
  • Experience in adult learning with an emphasis on providing instruction to large classes.
  • NTFS/EXT file systems knowledge, including file system structure and layout, navigation, and search techniques.
  • Ability to conduct analysis (dynamic or static) on a file and identify the type of malware present, including understanding how the malware operates.
  • Familiarity with tools such as EnCase, Sleuth Kit, Helix, Process Explorer, Process Monitor, Regshot, OllyDbg, IDA Pro, and Wireshark.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Forensics or Malware Analyst.
  • GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM), Certified Reverse Engineering Analyst (CREA), EnCase, or GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) certification is desired.
Clearance Requirement

This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
