Concierge Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering a warm and welcoming experience to our guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents, families, and visitors
  • Manage external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
  • Offer community information and support marketing and sales efforts
  • Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness
  • Perform general administrative duties
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
