Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Millstone Weber LLC. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move materials, earth, and heavy objects at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes to dig trenches, lay pipe, and move materials.
  • Clear and grade land to prepare it for construction projects.
  • Use machines to dig up or smooth out earth, and to load materials onto trucks or conveyors.
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
  • Work safely and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as an Operator is preferred.
  • Ability to understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site supervisors and fellow employees.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Working Conditions

Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions. Work environment periodically exposes employees to high levels of noise, grease, and dust. Employee regularly works near heavy equipment and moving machinery.
