Job Summary

Claris Vision is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Registration and Scheduling: Register patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient data in our practice management system.
  • Insurance Verification and Referrals: Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain referrals as needed.
  • Medical Records Management: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry, filing, and faxing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in practice management systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, walk, and lift, as well as drive independently to other facilities.
