- Maintain clear communication with team members to achieve daily targets collaboratively.

Qualifications:
- A GED or high school diploma is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience operating asphalt milling machinery is essential.
- Relevant work experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
