Clinical Speech Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in our outpatient services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from children to adults, providing personalized speech therapy services to help them achieve their goals.
About the Role
As a Clinical Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Supervise and mentor Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in outpatient settings
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma. You will also need to have experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably with patients with dysphagia. Medicare documentation experience is also a plus.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
