Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a summer intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-life business projects, develop relevant skills, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the development, tracking, and reporting of presentations and meetings from inception to completion.
  • Prepare periodic or recurring meetings and charrettes, including reproduction of materials, coordination of meeting location, creating agenda, and personnel.
  • Take meeting minutes and organize into action items and deliverables. Update and maintain project/program action logs and follow up with assigned action item owners to assess status and follow through to closure.
  • Support the Newbuilding Department in planning, organization, and control activities related to requests for proposals, service agreements, confidentiality contracts, and other consultant agreements.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor degree program in Business or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
  • Must be willing to be based in South Florida from June 2nd - August 8th, 2025.
  • Able to work 40 hours a week.
  • Able to work In Office (Miami Florida) from Monday -Thursday / Remote on Fridays.
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.5 is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written).
