Job Summary
As a Guest Services Specialist at Montage International, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

This role is responsible for conducting pre-arrival calls and emails to assist with arrangements, activities, and experiences for our guests. The specialist will also be responsible for reviewing, logging, and maintaining guest preferences, traces, and profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making preparations or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Develop and maintain positive guest communication prior to arrival and post-departure to cultivate lasting relationships.

Requirements:
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new software products quickly.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
