This is a full-time position with 2nd or 3rd shift availability.

Your day begins with greeting guests as you navigate the hotel, identifying any areas needing attention or improvement. Utilizing your skills and keen eye for detail, you will perform preventative maintenance tasks in unoccupied guest rooms and public areas.
You will be proactive in assisting guests with any issues that may arise during their stay. Daily inspections, checklists, and adherence to the preventative maintenance program, along with maintaining hotel equipment, are integral to your daily responsibilities.
We seek a passionate and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining facilities to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Ideal candidates will possess two to three years of general maintenance experience, preferably within a hotel setting.
Strong skills in at least one of the following areas are essential: HVAC, electrical systems, painting and wallpapering, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment.
Applicants should be capable of standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift and safely lifting up to 50 lbs.
