We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care team at Henry Ford Health System. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Critical Care area, with one year of cardiovascular experience
- Successful completion of the Critical Care BKAT exam
- Successful completion of ECG interpretation exam
- BSN degree
- NIHSS certification
- IABP certification
- CCRN certification
