Mechanical Drafter

Pec is seeking a skilled Mechanical Drafter to join their team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs for new products and improving existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare designs, piece part, and assembly drawings
• Customize and create detailed piece part drawings from engineering designs and layouts
• Design of tight-tolerance machined components – mill, lathe, and screw machine parts
• Design of molded parts
• Work with 3-D modeling of new designs and layouts in Solid Works

Requirements:

• Associates degree at a minimum in Computer Aided Design, Engineering or related field
• 4 - 7 years' experience in a related field
• Proficient in SolidWorks and or AutoCAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
