Job Responsibilities:
- Work on targeted projects individually, or in small teams, focusing on operational observations, data collection, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving.
- Conduct work measurement in Master Standard Data (MSD), perform cost-benefit analysis, and analyze process improvement opportunities.
- Develop operational plans and present completed projects to the Industrial Engineering staff.
Key Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering and/or Engineering-related disciplines.
- Effective statistical analysis skills.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the internship or willing to relocate.
- Current student enrolled in a degreed college/university program, or recent graduate from a degreed college/university program within the past 24 months.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
