Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience level.
Job Description
As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with clients to provide exceptional mental health services. Your responsibilities will include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help clients achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week and collaborating with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in our community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. You must also hold clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) and have experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes. Additionally, you will need to possess effective written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate stable boundaries with clients, and be comfortable working with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) is also required. Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
