Salary: $21.90/hr

Position Overview:
As a Conveyor Belt Quality Sorter, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our conveyor belt system. Your primary task will be to sort products effectively, guaranteeing that only high-quality items proceed through the production line. Additionally, you will receive training to operate a skid steer loader, which will assist in loading materials onto the conveyor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the conveyor belt system to maintain efficient operations.
  • Identify and eliminate non-essential materials, including light wood, rocks, and metal.
  • Ensure the correct materials are processed through the conveyor.
  • Work in two-hour shifts, followed by breaks, adapting to new tasks as needed.
  • Utilize the skid steer loader to feed debris onto the conveyor for sorting.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with conveyor belt systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and operate a skid steer loader safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail to identify materials unsuitable for sorting.
  • Physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work outdoors.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Must successfully pass a 10-panel drug screening.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 11 PM

Training: Must be available for training on the day shift for two weeks.
