About Us:

Velvet Taco is a one-of-a-kind taco concept that serves chef-driven menu items in a unique and funky fast-casual setting. We're a temple to the liberated taco, where anything goes meets the art of the possible. Our restaurants are known for their commitment to using only the freshest ingredients available, slow-roasting our own chicken and corn, and making everything from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, and employee performance.
  • Leadership and development of restaurant teams to achieve exceptional results and a 5-star guest experience.
  • Collaboration with management to implement business strategies, drive sales growth, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintenance of a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or full-service environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
