Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
