Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans, ensuring a high level of care and attention to detail
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and assist with meal service
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and visitors, providing a compassionate and supportive presence
Requirements
  • Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
