Job Overview

Tandem Restaurant Partners is seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized and proactive, and have the ability to develop innovative drink menus.

Below are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare expertly crafted cocktails and other beverages for patrons.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Drink Menu Development: Develop and present the bar menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative twists.
  • Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to ensure optimal levels at all times.

This part-time position requires availability from 5pm- Midnight. Estimated Salary: $37,500 - $52,000 per year.
