Endocrinologist Physician Assistant

Community Medical & Dental Care, Inc. is seeking a part-time endocrinologist physician assistant or nurse practitioner to provide high-quality care to patients with endocrine disorders.
Responsibilities:- Analyze patient medical histories and symptoms to diagnose hormonal imbalances.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, urine tests, and imaging tests.
- Discuss diagnoses with patients, explain treatment options, and provide advice on medications, lifestyle changes, and preventative measures.
- Carry out follow-up appointments, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and update patient records.
- Support patients with complex endocrine conditions and their loved ones.
- Conduct research and studies on the endocrine system to develop new treatment techniques.
- Remain up-to-date on current discoveries and developments in the field.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, answering phones, and data entry.
- A master's degree in physician assistant studies or nursing from an accredited program.
- An active NY state license.
- Board certification.
- NY state Medicaid ID number.
- Experience in endocrinology or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with medical software and equipment.
