Job Summary
The Telecommute Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist role is a critical position within Jobot, requiring a highly skilled individual to oversee the infusion billing, coding, and collections processes. As a key member of our team, you will ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and payer requirements. With a strong focus on process improvements and operational efficiency, this role involves leading teams in achieving turn-around time, clean claim rates, cash collections, aging, and denial management goals.

About the Role
This position requires 2+ years of revenue cycle experience, including healthcare transactions such as billing, insurance follow-up, government and non-government, hospital and physician, denials management, underpayments/zero payments, and other revenue cycle functions. Additionally, 1+ year of medical billing experience is necessary. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the infusion billing, coding, and collections processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and payer requirements
• Monitor workflows and identify areas for process improvements, implementing changes as needed to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist team members in complex billing and coding issues, providing guidance and resolution
• Review, track, and analyze claims, denials, and underpayments specific to infusion services
• Communicate with insurance payers to resolve any coverage discrepancies and ensure smooth claims processing
• Serve as a point of contact for payer representatives to address claim issues and ensure optimal reimbursement
