About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Aide to join our team at Quincy Village. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and treatments, meeting daily needs, and facilitating social activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute medications and treatments to residents
  • Meet resident daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level
  • Plan and facilitate social activities for residents
  • Support residents' household in maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Care for residents' personal laundry
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older (unless active on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (unless active on the Nurse Aide registry)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Previous experience working with older adults preferred
