Corporate Trainer

• Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the business
• Collaborate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement and monitor employee performance
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their performance

• 2-4 years of training delivery experience, preferably in a sales environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• A competitive hourly base pay + commission
