We are partnering with our authorized dealers to find skilled technicians to join their teams. As a Generator Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our generators for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for a variety of generator types, including DC & AC voltage equipment.
  • Conduct routine service tasks such as oil changes, air filter replacements, battery checks, and spark plug inspections.
  • Work independently or as part of a small team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately document all work performed and materials used for job costing purposes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in generator maintenance and servicing, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. frequently.
  • Valid driver's license.
