Job Title: Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for investigating and defending first- and third-party claims, conducting and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and attending hearings in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and defend first- and third-party claims
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Draft dispositive motions
  • Attend hearings in state and federal courts
  • Conduct legal research and writing
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • 4+ years of litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
