We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Technician to join our team at Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric in Louisville, KY.

About the Job

As a Residential Plumbing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential clients, troubleshooting plumbing issues, proposing solutions, estimating costs, and completing repairs and installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to residential service calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide advice to clients
  • Propose solutions and estimate costs for repairs and installations
  • Complete repairs and installations efficiently and effectively
  • Promote the company brand and maintain customer rapport

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE A CURRENT KENTUCKY JOURNEYMAN'S PLUMBING LICENSE
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
