About the Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Pharmacy department, including planning, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and supervision. This will involve ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, managing purchasing of supplies and materials, and leading a team in a rural setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Pharmacy (PharmD or BS required; MBA/MS preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience of which three 3 years must be in a leadership capacity. NOTE: The right candidate with extensive clinical experience (10+ years) in a hospital setting may be considered.
  • IV Certification must be obtained within six (6) months from date of hire.
