As a Service Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Merchandise Recovery: Participate in merchandise recovery efforts to ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and processing shipments, counting inventory, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Retail experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
