Key Responsibilities

As a BellStore CSR, you will:

  • Provide fast, efficient, and friendly service to customers.
  • Handle cash and complete transactions accurately.
  • Restock merchandise on sales floors and in coolers.
  • Work collaboratively with other store employees as part of the BellStore Team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

You will also be responsible for standing 90% of the time, lifting up to 40 pounds daily, reaching above head shelves, bending down and side to side, pushing brooms and mops, and pulling carts.
