**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacists in the preparation and filling of medication carts, performing critical pharmacy calculations, and compounding non-sterile preparations.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist pharmacists in the preparation and filling of medication carts
* Perform critical pharmacy calculations and compound non-sterile preparations
* Utilize computerized programs and technical equipment for various functions
* Perform medication distribution to patients and restock pharmacy inventory
* Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements**

* 1+ years of previous hospital pharmacy technician experience preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* CPhT or eligible for Pharmacy intern required
* Working knowledge of metric system conversions and calculation of ratio and proportions
