Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of commercial office buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain commercial office buildings, including restrooms, break-rooms, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces.
- Remove trash and recyclables from the premises.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial building cleaning is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively with other crew members.
- Strong communication skills to listen to client requests and follow supervisor instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Steel-toed shoes required for certain tasks.
- Ability to work in hot conditions.
