**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum designated areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including sinks, toilets, and countertops, in accordance with our COVID-19 protocols.
  • Assist with event setups and breakdowns, including moving chairs and tables.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in dorm areas and other designated spaces.
  • Assist with moving small furniture items, including bed frames and mattresses.
  • Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and staff at all times.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and proper usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over for extended periods.
  • Driver's license preferred.
