Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to drug information and consultation problems
  • Assist in the planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of Pharmacy Services policies
  • Participate in patient, student, and staff teaching programs
  • Perform clinical pharmacy services as needed
  • Accept on-call responsibilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy is required
  • Current Pennsylvania Licensure or eligibility is required
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience is preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
