Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
  • Ensure aseptic technique and maintain a sterile environment
  • Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery
  • Monitor and maintain anesthesia equipment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surgical Technologist experience
  • Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
  • BLS Certification
  • Experience in trauma surgery preferred, but not required
  • Travel experience preferred, but not required
