Neuroscience Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Sales Representative to join our team at RxSalesPros. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and meeting or exceeding sales forecasts within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and select PC targets.
- Provide education and support to healthcare providers on our innovative treatments for neuropsychiatric and neurologic disorders.
- Effectively manage budgets and resources to achieve territory objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on local market trends, practice structures, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales.
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
