Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify learning disabilities, developmental delays, and emotional or behavioral problems.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address emotional and behavioral issues, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and social skills.
  • Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas requiring assistance, developing targeted strategies for improvement.

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology.
  • Licensure through the Illinois Board of Education.
  • Illinois-issued license and education certification.
  • Preferred experience in school settings, although not required.
