• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts and achieve their fitness goals.
• Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members, showcasing the benefits of our services and programs.
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls to ensure our members receive the best possible experience.
• Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory brand and promote our services.
• Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals, driving business growth and success.

• Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals.
