To provide high-quality nursing care to patients and support the healthcare provider in addressing the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans that meet the highest standards of industry best practices.
- Assess and identify the unique physical and emotional needs of each patient, ensuring exceptional care and support.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical data, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective patient care, addressing any concerns or needs that arise.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding medical diagnoses, test results, and treatment plans, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Licensure by the Board of Registration in Nursing in the State of Ohio as an LPN is required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and a positive, service-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served on their assigned unit/department.
Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with medical office practices, typing and medical terminology experience, EMR experience, and knowledge of office procedures and equipment are preferred.

Physical DemandsThis position requires a full range of body motion with intermittent walking, lifting, bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, sitting, and standing.
The associate will be required to walk for up to two hours a day, stand for two hours a day, and sit for four hours.
The individual must be able to lift fifty pounds and reach work above the shoulders.
The individual must have good eye-hand coordination and fine finger dexterity to operate machines.
The individual must have excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, and co-workers.
The associate must have vision corrected and hearing in the normal range.
This position is classified at risk for possible occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens (HBV, HIV, etc.).
