Physician Hospitalist Specialist

The Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation seeks a dedicated and skilled Physician Hospitalist to contribute to the organization's mission of improving the health status of the people of the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta region of Alaska.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Physician Hospitalist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working under the supervision of the Medical Director, and collaborating with the Clinical Services Administrator. Your expertise will be essential in achieving the organization's mission.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have completed an accredited medical school and a residency training program. You should be board eligible or certified by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association. Additionally, you must have an Alaska State License and DEA License, as well as the necessary computer skills to access medical records. Your ability to supervise medical students, residents, and physician extenders will be crucial in this position.
