**Job Summary**

The Patient Services Host is a vital member of the Adams Heritage team, responsible for providing exceptional patient meal service. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and deliver patient meals, including hot and cold menu items, as well as special requests
  • Obtain patient meal orders and input them into the computer system
  • Assemble and deliver patient trays, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Communicate prescribed diets and food allergy protocols to patients and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient kardex systems
  • Prepare food according to recipes and sanitation standards
  • Wash dishes and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Receive and put away vendor orders

**Requirements**

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Serv-Safe certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
