The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building maintenance and repair, with a proven track record of supervising and managing teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the facility
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure the highest level of service delivery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date with all relevant health and safety regulations and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
- Strong background in building maintenance and repair
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
